1. How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?

The total estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days (business days only), which includes:

• Processing time: 5–7 business days
  
• Shipping time: 5–7 business days
  

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in these timeframes.

2. What if the package is broken/missing?

Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via support@yozmasport.com, we will solve it for you.

3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.
